Keep in mind that I play as Femshep so encounters may differ for Male Shepards out there. Since I couldn’t find a complete list anywhere else, I’ll post mine here. The Council and Anderson asks about your relation with Cerberus and you can tell them how you died and how The Illusive Man basically played for fools the Alliance and the Council as he was their source that Shepard was alive just to bait the Collectors and you and your team leave only to find the Virmire Survivor with (depending on the relationship) ashamed or more and like Liara asks to visit the Normandy along with Anderson.Ok, I’m on my 3rd playthrough of the Citadel DLC and I think I finally experienced all of the encounters available. Testimonies from the Cerberus crew (ship recordings taken into account) as well your teammates would cement how big the Council sees your actions and how they permit Shepard to hand him/her self to the Alliance. You could take your whole surviving crew to meet them (Samara would calm down any Asari Justicar) and tell them what you told Hackett with the bonus of rubbing in their faces what their inaction allowed to happen beyond the Omega 4 Relay, the 37 million old Derelict Reaper and the death of Tesla Vasir (we killed a Spectre with multiple witnesses and no one care). I would have loved to see something with the Virmire Survivor after ME2 Arrival and post the briefing with Hackett: Anderson and the Council ask that you come to them (picture this the third visit if you went there at the start of the game, after Horizon) to get more Intel as to why the Council should not launch multiple Spectres against you for the Bahak Relay incident. Was this in the original release or is it a new bug triggered by something like a script in one of the included DLC (as we know that Citadel DLC messes a bit in some areas)? A bit out of the topic but something I remembered about the LI from the Alliance way back in ME2:
